Richard currently serves as a Technical Instructor for the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT).  His primary focus is the new Digital Thread Lab (DTL).  Richard joins CCAT with 30+ years of experience in manufacturing, programming, product design and development for the aerospace and medical industries.  Prior to joining CCAT, Richard operated his own machine shop specializing in prototypes and small production runs. He also has a love for teaching Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and has taught in several platforms, Mastercam being the top of the list.
