Zachary Gibbons

Zachary currently serves as the Additive Manufacturing Technical Trainer for CCAT, contributing to curriculum development and the Additive Manufacturing Workflows training delivery.  He combines over a decade of hands-on experience in aerospace and additive manufacturing with a passion for teaching and problem-solving. At CCAT, Zachary works to help small and medium-sized manufacturers explore AM technologies, adopt advanced manufacturing methods, and build skills through practical, hands-on training.  With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, Zachary has held roles across engineering, research, and program management, gaining insight into a variety of additive manufacturing processes and applications. As an avid maker, he enjoys finding creative ways to share knowledge and help others succeed in adopting innovative manufacturing techniques.
